IRISREPORT delivers digital PDF reports only. We do not ship physical books, prints, or goods to any postal address.

2. How delivery works

• After successful online payment, your personalised report is generated automatically
• Delivery is via a secure download link on our website
• Typical delivery time: a few minutes after payment confirmation
• In rare cases (high demand or technical delay), delivery may take up to 24 hours — contact us if delayed

3. Customer responsibility

• Provide a correct email address and accurate birth details
• Upload a usable eye photograph when prompted
• Download and safely store your PDF after generation

4. No shipping charges

There are no shipping fees because no physical product is dispatched.
